The Elovaters Change Name, Release New Music Video – The Pier

assachusetts’ rising reggae rock group The Cornerstone has officially changed names to The Elovaters. To celebrate a fresh start, the South Shore 7-piece has released a new music video for the track “Sunshine.” The Elovaters also recently announced a huge slate of winter tour dates, including a performance with John Brown’s Body at Paradise Rock Club in Boston, MA on January 28th, 2017.

The new video for “Sunshine,” a track off the band’s debut album, was shot in The Elovaters hometown of Marshfield, MA. The film location holds extra special meaning to the band and their community. The Elovaters were filmed performing in front of the Zwoods Sea Wall, which is a mural that pays tribute to Zac Woods, a beloved community member who passed away in a boating accident in 2011. The video was directed and edited by Colin McElaney of Red Eye Media.
